14 Fashionably Cozy Ways To Wear A Scarf

By Minq Team

The weather just keeps getting colder and colder, but luckily we have scarves to keep us warm and looking stylish. You probably think that there are only a couple ways to wear your favorite scarf, but you'll be amazed to learn that it can be keeping you snug in a ton of different styles!

DIY Infinity Scarf

No infinity scarf? No problem! If you don’t own one, you can easily make your own by just tying the ends of a scarf together, twisting the large loop you’ve created to create an “8” shape, and then putting both loops over your head.

Long Scarf Solution

Got a super long scarf that you don’t know what to do with? This comfy and cute look will reign in all of that fabric with ease!

Belt It

Maybe this isn’t the best tip for winter, but it’s something to keep in mind! Switch things up by moving your scarf from your neck to your waist. This works best with thing scarves.

Get Knotty

This knotted tie looks intricate to any passersby, but it will really only take you a couple seconds to master! Try it out with your favorite knit scarf and your friends will be asking you how you did it.

The Waterfall

This cascading look is perfect for thin scarves, and it’s so easy. Just tuck the corners of bothe ends of your scarf into the part wrapped around your neck.

Twisted

This twisted scarf look will make your scarf look more like a necklace. Make a double loop around your neck, and then wrap the loose ends of your scarf arounf the first loop until you reach the midpoint. Then tie what’s left of the ends into a knot.

Necklace

If you really want to go the necklace route, then start twisting even tighter! Tie the two ends into a knot, and then braid them tightlight. Leave a bit of the ends after you braid, and use them to tie the braided strand into the scarf loop.

Ultra Cozy Tie

For those super cold days, you’re going to want your scarf as close to your neck as possible! This tying trick will bunch up all of the fabric in a long scarf to keep you as warm as possible.

Bow My

If you really want to steal the spotlight with a glam look, then tie your scarf in a big bow. Simply fold one end of the scarf over itself, and then tie the middle of it with the other end of the scarf.

Updo

Scarves aren’t jsut for necks. Tie a thin scarf around a top knot or messy bun for a look that you can wear all year round.

Atlantis

This twist on the waterfall is the perfect way to look casually chic all day long. And all you have to do is fan oout one side of your scarf and tuck it into the other side!

Chic And Easy

This simple tie will instantly add a dash of chicness to your scarf. Instead of your usual knot, train yourself to tie your scarf this way and you’ll never go back.

Instant Vest

To get a funky vest in seconds, all you need is a scarf! Tie the top two corners of a long scarf together, and then tie the center of the top to the existing knot.

Double Up!

Stop trying to choose between two of your favorite scarves! This look combines them into one by layering them on top of each other and then twisting them together.
