For those hungover mornings try this recipe to bring you back to life. Combine RumChata and egg in a bowl and whisk together. Soak the bread in the batter for a few seconds and fry in a skillet on low/medium until cooked through.

In a saucepan combine half a cup of beer, honey, salt, allspice, brown sugar, and bring to a boil. Combine all ingredients and puree in blender, and let chill in refrigerator before serving.

For a healthier kick you can braise carrots in beer. Put cut/peeled carrots in a medium skillet with one cup of fresh carrot juice and one cup of beer, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes. Whisk butter and salt in pan to thicken sauce and add to your favorite savory meal.
Tropical Alcohol Fruit
This is perfect for a summer evening by the pool. Simply cut a hole in a watermelon or pineapple, and place in a bottle of your favorite vodka or Malibu rum (for a more tropical take) and let the alcohol soak into the fruit for about a day. Once the bottle is empty, cut the fruit and serve.
Bourbon Barbeque

These are a quick snack with a good taste. Soak maraschino cherries in bourbon overnight. In a double boiler melt chocolate and dip the cherries in chocolate. Place the cherries on a pan covered with parchment paper and let cool before serving.

This is just like a gelatin shot, but better for those who don’t like gelatin. Use vodka as half the liquid used to mix the pudding (depends on pudding mix directions). Dish into shot glasses to chill in the refrigerator, add a dollop of whipped cream and you have a sweet shot.
