Tinsel Lashes are here, just in time for the holiday season!
In 2017, we saw everything from pretty Eyelash Extensions, painful Needle Lashes, and futuristic LED Lashes.
But now that we’re nearing the end of the year, one Instagram user is showing people a way that you can incorporate holiday tinsel with eyelashes: Tinsel Lashes.
Yes, the metallic garland that’s supposed to be used for holiday decor is being used as inspiration for glittery-looking eyelashes.
The girl behind the tinsel is Regina from Sweden or @coolgirlswearmugler on Instagram.
She actually didn’t use full-on holiday tinsel. Regina mentioned in the comments of her phot, that she cut off pieces of string from a glitter hair tie.
While this idea seems very innovative and pretty to look at, it seems like a very tedious process. I’m just not sure I would have the patience to not only cut the strands but apply them onto my eyelashes.
As someone who wears contact lenses, I don’t think it would be too comfortable for my sensitive eyes.
