After growing out her hair since the big chop of 2010, she has done it again! She has decided her hair needed a change and opted for a totally chic tousled bob. And of course, she looks flawless. Her publicist, Luke Windsor, broke the news by tweeting out a picture of her new 'do with the caption, "Amazing woman. Amazing new hair." We cannot agree with you more, Luke. Is there any haircut this beautiful woman can't rock? The answer is obviously no.
