Start by cutting up some comic panels into jagged bits, and use Mod Podge to glue them onto your heels. The heels and edges will be the toughest parts, so start with them. Once the shoes are covered in comic collage, it’s time to find the bigger features that you want to really stand out. You could use speech bubbles you like, some “BAM” or “POW”-like feature words, or a character that you really like. Once it’s all set, coat the shoes in gloss Mod Podge and let them sit overnight.
