Whether you take power naps or never sleep, there are a variety of sleeping habits. These habits not only say a lot about your day and productivity levels, but they also say a lot about your personality. What do your sleeping habits say about you?
The Weekend Snoozer

Do you sleep the most on the weekends? Chances are you get a minimal amount of sleep during the week because of work, travel and other commitments. You make up for your lack of sleep during the week by sleeping in on the weekends, sometimes even until noon. While this may make up for lost hours and leave you feeling refreshed come Monday, it's not the best sleeping pattern. Chances are your weekends aren't very productive and you rarely find time to spend with family and friends.
The Morning Person

If you're a morning person, you are very productive in the early hours of the day. You get up early with ease and love having your mornings to yourself, whether you're getting in a workout or running errands. You wake up with your natural energy and don't need any caffeine in the morning. The night hours are less productive for you and you mainly spend them on the couch catching up on the late night shows you missed the night before. You always go to bed early and your routine doesn't vary much on the weekends. You love your productive mornings too much to let late nights get in the way.
The Power Napper

The power nappers are the strongest willed of the bunch. Their willpower to get out of bed after a 20 minute nap is astounding. If you're a power napper you are a very dedicated and hardworking individual. You spend your nights staying up cramming for tests and your days are spent between work, errands and hard classes. In between study sessions you nap for 20 minutes and wake up feeling refreshed. Your body needs the power naps to survive and your brain needs the break from your demanding days.
The All Day Napper

On the opposite end of the napping spectrum is the all day napper. Unlike the morning person you're productive at night. You find yourself staying up all night getting your work done and napping for hours on end during the day. Your naps aren't just short naps, they last four or more hours. You love the quiet times at night and would rather sleep through the busy day hours. Chances are though, this sleeping habit can't last too long.
The Sleeping Diva

If you've spent more money on your bedroom than any other room in your house, chances are you're a sleeping diva. Your bed is made up with the finest Egyptian cotton sheets and your head doesn't even touch a pillow until it's fluffed to perfection. Your room is filled with a white noise machine and dark curtains. You need your sleeping mask to get an ounce of shut eye and if the temperature is even one degree off you can say goodbye to a good night's rest. Your high sleep standards make it hard to spend nights on friends' couches or go on a weekend getaway with your S.O.
Night Owl

Like the all day napper you're most productive at night. Whether it's because you have trouble falling asleep or you just work better at night, you spend your nights getting everything done. You'd rather stay up late working than even dare to get up before the sun does. You are most definitely not a morning person and in fact, you hate anyone who wakes you up before 11 a.m.
The “I Need Eight Hours A Night” Sleeper

If you constantly find yourself making sure you're in bed at least eight hours before you need to get up, chances are you can't survive without your eight hours (or more) of beauty rest. If you don't get those hours, your mornings are filled with coffee and a bad mood. People know you as two different personalities, one with eight hours of sleep and one without. Your productivity level directly correlates to the amount of sleep you get and everyone around you knows if you don't get your sleep, they'll be hearing about it.
The One With The Strict Bedtime

The person with the strict bedtime goes to bed at the same time every night, and not just because they want to, but because they have to. If you get to bed at the same time, chances are you're a person who understands the consequences of not getting enough sleep. You don't care if that means cutting a movie or night on the town short, you have to be in bed, no excuses. If you don't adhere to your bedtime, the next day is wasted. You always have a plan, and your bedtime is no different.
The Can’t Rest Until Things Are Done Sleeper

You're the person that goes to lay in bed at night and is plagued with the things you need to do. Then you're right back up doing them. You don't care what time of night it is, you can't sleep until you get all your work done. Your day is filled with a jam packed to-do list, but you don't mind. You love being busy and find down-time unproductive. Your diligent attitude plays a role in your lack of sleep, but as they say, sleep is for the weak and you are definitely not weak.
The Walking Zombie

Oh the walking zombie. Out of all of us, they know the word "tired" the best. No matter how many hours of sleep they get, they never seem to be fully rested. They spend their days tired and fighting their eyelids to stay open. Their tired demeanor could definitely benefit from a nap every so often, but they're too stubborn to take one. They'd rather be tired than lend their precious time to an unproductive nap.
The Seven Alarms Setter

This person needs multiple alarms to pry themselves out of bed. They can't pop out of bed like the morning person. They're often seen as annoying to their significant other because of the amount of alarms they need in order to eventually wake up. While they have trouble waking up, they are most definitely planners and are able to give themselves enough snooze buttons to wake up on time.
The Flexible Sleeper

Whether it's an airport terminal or a desk in class, the flexible sleeper can fall asleep literally anywhere. Their ability to fall asleep no matter the condition shows their adaptability. They're the easy going friend of the bunch and very flexible in any situation. But let's be honest, you're probably very sleep deprived if you can fall asleep anywhere you go.
The One Who Never Sleeps

While some people need hours on hours of sleep in order to function, there are some people who can somehow function on a few hours. They pride themselves on the lack of sleep they need and often brag about how much they can get done while everyone else is busy sleeping. They're often seen as cocky, but they're very work-oriented and succeed at whatever they do. They're always up-to-date on the latest TV shows, movies and entertainment, plus they know infomercials like the back of their hands.
