Fashion fans were excited when high-end brand Moschino announced they'd be collaborating with H&M on a line. The line promised something for everyone with prices anywhere from $20-$400 and advertising with popular plus-size model Barbie Ferreira.

With the ad from Barbie Ferreira came home of size inclusivity in the new range. However, that anticipation was quickly met with disappointment. When the line launched last week, it was quickly discovered most of the items only go up to a size medium! The few pieces that came in a large quickly sold out. Would-be shoppers quickly voiced their opinions online.

People accused H&M and Moschino of exploiting the idea of inclusive sizing for the purpose of viral marketing. Many felt the message was clear given that no clothes that would actually fit a plus-size person were made available! As the fashion and beauty industries become more accessible for all people, some brands seem to be missing the point. It should be about allowing everyone to access a product, not making headlines with the coolest Instagram post.

Was it wrong for H&M and Moschino to advertise with a plus-size model knowing the line didn't include any plus-size options? Or, was it just an innocent campaign choice to hire the up-and-coming Barbie Ferreira? Let us know what you think!
