The magazine Elle UK is out to show what the role of women in the workplace really looks like through their #MoreWomen campaign. Although many industries have made huge strides in including women in leadership roles, politics doesn't seem to be one of them. Below are pictures that show how few women are involved in the world of politics. By removing the men, Elle UK really gives a startling representation of the harsh reality women face in politics.
