Some people may be uncomfortable surrendering their phone to a loved one, even if they have nothing to hide. However, few people would vandalize their own property to retrieve it, and that’s precisely what one husband did in a now-viral video.
The man’s bizarre behavior was shared on TikTok by @thereal_beverly. His antics quickly skyrocketed to almost 5 million views. Beverly posted the footage with the caption “Imagine being married, and your husband forgets his phone in your car, and you lock yourself in the car to go through his phone and this is what he does. Obviously he’s hiding something.”
The video displays the caption throughout the entire runtime. It’s a little difficult to make out what’s going on thanks to the size of the text, but the husband appears to be breaking into the car through the back windscreen. It’s unclear if it was broken before.
The woman in the front seat exclaims, “So this is what you’re gonna do?” as the man drags himself into the car through broken glass. “You wanna act crazy?” she asks.
The camera then pans across the vehicle, showing damage to the bodywork and multiple scratch marks. The rear windshield is a write-off. The wheel hubs are scuffed, and the passenger door is dented. There also appears to be blood where the man may have cut himself on the glass.
The Comment Section Tries To Figure Out What The Husband Is Hiding
Unsurprisingly, the comments section is full of users trying to figure out what the husband could possibly be hiding to warrant wrecking a car. Others are more skeptical, believing the entire situation is staged.
One comment with almost 200k likes reads, “He must be hiding something DEEEEEP … π π¨πΎββ€οΈβπ¨πΎ.” In agreement, another user says, “Yeah ain’t no way. He’s hiding secrets wayyyyy more crucial than another woman.”
Many other commenters believe the husband is cheating, and not necessarily with another lady. “He has to have a boyfriend. This ain’t no regular cheating,” one person exclaims. Another jokes, “He must have that Epstein file in there π©.” One user advises the poster to stay clear, saying, “He got women, men, kids, dogs, cat the whole animal kingdom on that phone πππ”
