Ciara’s Postpartum Workout Routine Will Leave You Speechless

Everyone knows celebrities do some insane things to get into shape, but what Ciara was doing right after she gave birth is absolutely ridiculous! Ciara gave birth to her daughter, Sienna Princess Wilson, in April of 2017 and she’s been busting her butt to look even better than before. The singer reveals in November’s Cosmopolitan that she was working out THREE TIMES A DAY!

Here’s what she had to say about her goals: “It was kind of like, wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back in, breastfeed, eat another meal, go train, then come back, have another meal, and then a third training session at night. It was a good challenge, one I set for myself, not for anyone else. Taking care of myself makes me feel really good. And I want to keep it sexy too, you know.”

Ciara isn’t the only celebrity that stresses the importance of a perfect feminine physique. The women most famous for their figures, the Kardashians, also discussed their post baby bods and it’s also ridiculous. Kim stuck to a strict Atkins based diet and an intense workout regime to lose 60 pounds of baby weight. However, the big difference we’re seeing between Kim and Ciara is that Kim acknowledges that losing a bunch of weight while breastfeeding isn’t healthy for you or the child. She also expressed how she wasn’t looking for a quick fix but to be healthier along with being fit.

To us, it seems like Ciara was focusing solely on getting her body to bounce back. Even though we can respect a girl setting and achieving her goals, maybe she should have reconsidered what was most important to her right after her baby was born.

Obviously, the hard work paid off, she looks amazing, but that three times a day schedule seems a bit concerning. We know the pressure that stars and women, in general, feel to look perfect, but shouldn’t Ciara be worrying more about taking care of her child than losing some baby weight? Being healthy is important, but is this even considered healthy anymore? Let us know what you think!
