Everyone has heard of love at first sight, but let's discuss something a little less extreme. What about general attraction at first sight? Even if you're trying to keep your cool around someone attractive, your body has some natural reactions that you can't really control.

Dilated Pupils

Dilated pupils are an unconscious sign of excitement. When someone finds the attraction exciting, their pupils will start to show much more black than color. Try not to stare when you notice this sign.

Heart Racing

Once the physical attraction is noticed, people want to find a way to start conversation. Whether it’s nerves or just excitement, a racing heartbeat is one of the most common signs of attraction.

Sweating

Due to the racing heartbeat, the body temperature will begin to rise. Slight sweating will begin as soon as the temperature changes.

Breathing Pattern Changes

The heart racing and sweating can also cause breathing patterns to change. Usually, with excitement the breathing pattern will increase.

Humor

Humor is used to break awkward silence all the time, but it can also be a sign of attraction. People tend to tell jokes or become extremely happy when they are attracted to someone. Laughter can be a test to see if the attraction is mutual.

Body Language

When someone is attracted to another, their body language will be very welcoming. They will usually have open arms and legs. Toes will be facing towards the other person as well as sitting facing towards them. Smiling is also an easy sign.

Voice Pitch Change
