Checking the scale often to see if you’ve lost weight can make or break your day. Your happiness should not be dependent on whether or not you’ve lost weight. Don’t turn an awesome day into a disappointing one by stepping on your scale.

It’s Better To Be Happy With You

For a lot of people, weight loss becomes an obsession. Life is too short to be worried about your weight all the time. Learn to be happy with all parts of yourself, including your weight.
