This technique seems very similar to what I’ve seen popular meditation apps do with their sleep meditations and speaking from personal experience, they knock you right out. Although Justin says it takes around six weeks to see the full effects, I’m willing to bet you will fall asleep faster and get a better night’s sleep within the first few attempts.
