9 Tips To Get Healthy and Beautiful Hair

You don't have to spend a ton of money at the hair salon to get healthy hair that also looks amazing. You'd be surprised at how many hair treatments you can concoct from things you commonly find in a kitchen.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider isn’t just a great beverage; it’s also amazing for your hair. Stir together a one-to-one mixture of warm water and apple cider vinegar and apply it to your hair for a natural bounce. Simply rinse afterwards to get rid of the apple cider smell.

Olive Oil

Olive oil is a great conditioner and can also infuse your hair with a natural shine. Simply rub a bit of olive oil into the ends and middles of your hair and shampoo after 2 hours. To make the treatment even more effective, combine the oil with some honey.

Warm Not Hot

They may feel good, but hot water showers are bad for your hair. The water that is too hot will strip away protective oils from your hair, making it brittle and dry. You don’t have to freeze through a cold shower though — a little warmer than you body temperature will be safe for your hair.

Eggs

Egg whites are great for moisturizing your hair, and using a whole egg will condition it as well. Simply apply half a cup of an egg mixture to your clean, damp hair. After 20 minutes, rinse it out with cool water.

Diet

The most effective home hair care treatment of all is a healthy diet. Drink lots of water and eat raw fruits and vegetables, and watch your hair reflect your dedication with healthy, strong locks.

Almond Oil

If you have dry and damaged hair, almond oil could be the perfect remedy. Just heat up a small bowl of almond oil for 40 seconds and then evenly distribute it onto your hair. After 30 minutes, rinse the oil out with shampoo, conditioner, and cold water.

Beer

You probably avoid getting beer in your hair at all costs normally, but if it’s properly applied beer can actually give you salon smooth hair. Massage your scalp with beer for 20 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly to get rid of the smell. Doing this once a week will have your hair feeling smoother than ever.

Lemon Juice

A little bit of lemon juice can go a long way in getting rid of dry hair. Just add a tablespoon of lemon juice to your hair after your final rinse of shampoo and towel dry your hair.

Less Frequent Washing

Wash your hair every 2-3 days rather than every single day so that your hair properly regulates its natural oils. Less frequent washing is also great for retaining your hair’s natural body and luster.
